One Rochester, one of the newest plush retreat in a heritage bungalow in Singapore to offer a getaway for guests, has redefined it’s ambience with a new concept of “dining at home”. It will be the first to offer a Gastrobar home concept that will satisfy the discerning customers and define the way food is enjoyed over drinks.
Full-fledged dining is now a substantial part of One Rochester; 4-course menu de degustation (set dinners) & a la carte being the protagonists. Executive Chef Reif, having previously trained with grands maitres namely Gordon Ramsay & Alain Ducasse, showcases his stellar rendition of modern European cuisine with hint of Asian flavour. International recognitions garnered for our food are many.
