Description

Location. The Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya is located on the Gulf of Finland in St Petersburg, Russia, within six kilometres of the State Hermitage Museum which houses over three million works of art. Moskovskaya is the nearest metro station.
Hotel Features. Designed and built by a Swedish construction company in the 1970s, the hotel is built in the shape of a letter 'H'. Side wings allow views over the Gulf of Finland or downtown St Petersburg. The hotel features a sauna, health spa, steam room and indoor swimming pool complex. Children can play in the separate kids' pool. There is also an onsite hair salon.

The Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya has three restaurant bars on site. In Replica, guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, Russian specialities and sushi in a contemporary setting. Three Moons serves oriental cuisine and also has a terrace for the summer months. The Yacht Restaurant features nautical decor and serves a wide variety of European dishes and draught beers. Buffet breakfast is complimentary.

The hotel has conference rooms and wireless Internet access is available in public areas throughout.

Guestrooms. Air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in the colour scheme of the floor they are on. Amenities include satellite television, dial up Internet connections and minibars. All have private bathrooms and hair dryers are available on request. There are also rooms with views over the Gulf of Finland.

Expert Tip. The Peter and Paul Fortress, seven kilometres from the Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya, was founded by Peter the Great on 27 May 1703, which became the birthday of the city. A portion of the fortress once served as a high security political prison, and inmates included Dostoyevsky and Trotsky. In the centre of the fort is St Petersburg's first cathedral. With its magnificent gilded spire standing at 404 feet, it remains to this day the tallest building in the city.
