Description
Established on 28th November 1998, this restaurant retreat is set amidst the lush greenery of the gardens and was created to resemble 'Relais et Chateaux' restaurants found in Europe. Its colonial caracter has been retained to complement the restaurant's "plantation style" facade. Paintings by renowned local artist Chua Mia Tee and dark wood antique furnishings add a nostalgic touch to Au Hardin's unique charm.
Au Jardin, whose culinary team is led by Residnet Chef Galvin Lim, serves contemporary gastronomic Frnech cuisine, distinctively characterised by delicate flavours and light sauces.
