The sushi (soft shell spider rolls, tuna and truffle rolls, and when in season, sushi topped with a dollop of sea urchin which tastes as if it has been plucked straight out of the ocean) is easily some of the best in London, and while it's not cheap, it is worth the expense. Other must-tries include feather-light rock shrimp tempura; lamb chops furikaki - chunky honey-mustard organic ribs; black cod and delicate sashimi. The cocktail bar downstairs is great for a pre or post-dinner cocktail, too.
