Description

Diners are spoiled for choice at the largest restaurant in The Venetian. Located near the arena and open 24 hours, the café is ideal place to meet with friends before and after a show. With 32,000 sq ft of dining, Café Deco features Pan- Asia cuisine of all sorts in one place. With its floor to ceiling pillars and the signature art deco motifs throughout, Café Deco provides more than just fusion cuisine. The 1,000 seat restaurant fitted with several private dining rooms encased in circa 1930 etched glass offers great spaces for meeting and presentations. Widely known in Hong Kong for its great appetizers, one has to try the tasty soft shell crab hand roll and the delicious combination of fresh Angus beef and asparagus yakitori with teriyaki sauce.Taking the best of the region, this swank restaurant highlights Asian fusion cuisine from some of the most renowned chefs. Chef Alan Yu has brought some of his favorite inspirations to Macau including Charcoal Grilled Sardine Salad which was an unusual burst but very appetizing taste of salty roast combination in a light salad, very beautiful and great for sharing. Diners must also sample the Tasmanian Lamb chop for something truly tender and juicy. The hefty portion is great for couple diners as one has to save room for desert. There is a reason they call it Café Deco and that is because of the wide array of cakes, crepes and all things sweet. A group of friends is recommended for this adventure. After sampling the Lavander Pavlova, Grand Marnier Creme Brulee and the Mango Mousse none of us could select which was the best. Café Deco deserts were so pleasing to the eye and the palate we decided that further market research was required….. mmmmm good. Café Deco has multiple open-kitchens; several wok and noodle stations which was inviting for curious children who need to be entertained while parents slurp Martini’s. Office parties or large gathering of friends will pose no problem for seating and intimate dining.
